OK so I know it's early. BUT for some reason I am programmed to wake up early lol

Yeah it's Saturday a day of errands and relaxing but WHAT IS YOUR PLAN???


B- Egg Beaters

L- Apple with Peanut Butter.

D- tuna salad

Water at least 60 oz.. exercise taking a walk later, all vitamins

I packed my breakfast and lunch today:

B - protein coffee and bacon

L - turkey pepperoni and cheese cubes

D - western ribs and spinach

S - fruit (orange or apple)

Have a good day and don't run too much...relax woman!

eta - wait a minute...hold up...Girl I had to make sure I was reading that right.  I am so proud of you!  You are almost at goal!  That was soooo quick....You go Candace!!!!!!

I can't believe it either... After my first 100lbs I have at least another sixty to go...Penitence right??


It's just me and the kids this weekend Chris has been on call 24/7 this past week. I'll be at the soccer field with the kids today from 10-1 so hopefully I can relax lol.

Hey lady!!!

You damn skippy i am planning today!!!!

B - protein shake, toast
L - salad w/chicken or tuna
S - turkey and cheese sammich
D - going to a B-day party, they will have BBQ so chicken for me!!!

Water, vitamins and 1 hr in the gym - coming up!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Plan for the day... exercise and try to do right. 

I got in my hour bike ride, took the dog for a walk (1 mile through the subdivision), push and sit-ups.  I am done with that - whew! 

B - mango protein shake
L - taking one of the nieces to lunch (probably salad)
D - salmon and salad 

Water and vitamins.  I have already taken my B-12.

I am feeling ok. It gets better everyday. This is my last week on soft mushies. I hope to never have to eat mashed potatoes again. Can you tell I am not a fan of potatoes. LOL.

Hey hey hey! I'm recooping after running the streets till the wee AM so I'm chillin today. Will go for my run at the park prob around 6, then its off to a fight party round 10.

B- 2 scrambled eggs, lots of cheese, 3 slices turkey bacon
S- Activia yogurt
L- Protien Fruit Smoothie
S- 1/2 gorgonzola chicken breast
D- PB&J on low carb bread
S- prob lots of chicken wings at the fight party

I'm totally behind today with everything due to sleeping in.
I had 1/2 of a hot dog and will probably have a piece of grilled chicken for dinner.

So far I've just taken my calcium but I'll get the rest in before  bed. Taking an exercise break today.
